Refocus 2.0<\/b> is a tool for examining the role the resource office can play in challenging stereotypes and creating truly equitable environments. Our daily decisions are likely influenced by how we view disability and what we believe about access. Spending time getting clarity on values and beliefs helps us be more effective. Refocus 2.0<\/strong> is grounded in the beliefs that disability is an aspect of diversity and that access is a matter of social justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
